What apps are available from MyWork™?

MyWork Associate is the app meant for employees of public accounting firms. It is primarily intended to be used through a web browser on a laptop or desktop. MyWork Associate may also be used on a mobile device – smartphone or tablet.

MyWork Client is a mobile app intended for use by the firm’s clients for interacting with the firm.

What types of documents are supported in the document sharing feature?

MyWork supports easy sharing of all major document types, including PDFs, Excel, Word, JPEGs and PNGs. In-app viewing, annotating, and editing is only available for PDFs.

How does MyWork keep client data secure?

MyWork is hosted in the cloud by Amazon Web Services (AWS), which employs some of the industry’s most advanced security standards. has also reviewed the MyWork app, database, infrastructure and systems operations and certified our compliance with industry standards. A detailed report is available upon request.

How does MyWork back up client data?

Client data stored by MyWork in Amazon Web Services is backed up frequently using backup services provided by, and managed by, AWS.

Does MyWork make it easier for employees to work from home?

MyWork makes it very easy to access clients’ information, data, and documents when working remotely whether it is from home, from a client’s location, or anywhere else where employees have secure network access.

Does MyWork include a mobile app?

Clients can access and update their information, share documents with the firm, and monitor progress of their work through MyWork Client, a mobile app. Firm’s employees can access MyWork on mobile devices though it is recommended that they use a laptop or desktop due to the higher density of information available to them.

Which payment platforms does MyWork support?

MyWork provides payment processing integration for Paypal and Square.
